摘要
产学合作教育注重理论与实践的有机融合,高等工程教育改革强调面向工业界,二者之间具有明显的相关性。本文基于"相似现象"理论构建主体嵌入式特征因素分析模型框架,以美国辛辛那提大学、加拿大滑铁卢大学和日本筑波大学的产学合作教育为研究对象,从工学结合计划下的教学、工学结合计划下的科研、实践经验的获得、学术认证、学生雇佣合同与薪酬、就业能力与职业安全感、工业企业角色七个因素出发,对三所典型高校产学合作教育模式进行比较分析。针对我国计划实施的"卓越工程师教育培养计划2.0",从政府、高校和企业三个层面提出相关建议,以期能探讨出适应我国特色发展的高校产学合作教育模式,并为"卓越计划2.0"的有效实施提供参考。
Industry-education cooperation modes attaches great importance to the integration of theory and practice, and the reform of higher education is oriented to the industry. There is a clear correlation between them. Based on the "analogue phenomena" theory, a subject embedded analysis framework of characteristics is constructed. Taking University of Cincinnati, University of Waterloo and University of Tsukuba as research subjects, this paper compares the industry-education cooperation modes in those three universities in terms of teaching, research, academic accreditation, labor contracts with students and salary, employability and job security and the role of corporations. In order to improve the "Excellent Engineer Training Programs 2.0" in China and explore the industry-education cooperation mode with Chinese characteristics, relevant suggestions are provided for the government, universities and corporations.
