“一带一路”背景下交通土建高层次国际化人才培养探索

A Study on the Cultivation of International Talents in Civil Transportation Engineering Under the Background of “The Belt and Road”

面向海外交通土建工程建设的高层次国际化人才需求将长期存在。目前我国交通土建人才培养机制与面向"一带一路"人才素质需求之间存在差距。本文从知识及原理复合应用能力、创新实践研究能力、国际合作与交流能力三方面对现状进行分析并提出了改革举措,阐述了交通土建国际化人才培养采纳《华盛顿协议》的要点和意义,为培养"复杂工程问题"能力、面向建设需求的交通土建人才培养改革提供参考。

According to The Belt and Road Initiative, there is a long-term demand for international talents for overseas civil transportation engineering. However, at present, there is a gap between the cultivation of civil transportation engineering talents and the requirements of The B&R for talents. This paper analyzes the current training mode in terms of the knowledge application ability, the innovation and research ability and the ability of international communication and cooperation, and gives some advice on the reform. Moreover, the significance of drawing lessons from Washington Accord for the cultivation of civil transportation engineering talents is illustrated. This paper provides references for the cultivation of civil transportation engineering talents which focuses on training students’ ability of solving complex engineering problems and is oriented to the requirements of The Belt and Road Initiative.
