我国院校研究发展现状与出路

A Study on the Development of Institutional Research in China

院校研究是对高校进行的相关研究,不仅收集和分析高校的相关数据,还作用于高校的发展战略和未来规划。院校研究是一个发展的概念,其研究内容随着高校环境和职能的改变而改变。但是,由于我国的院校研究还处于初级发展阶段,在理论的先进性、系统的科学性和整个发展环境等方面还存在很多问题,这些问题严重阻碍了院校研究工作的进行,不利于我国高校的健康、持续发展。对此,我们要从高校、社会、政府三个层面进行反思和改进,以期推动院校研究的有效发展。

The research subjects of institutional research are universities and colleges. It is not only about data collection and analysis, but also serves the development strategies and future plans of institutions. Institutional research is an evolving concept. With the development of institutional environment and functions, its research content changes. However, since institutional research in China is still at the initial stage, there are many problems in theories, systems and the whole environment. Those problems seriously obstruct institutional research as well as the healthy and sustainable development of institutions in China. Therefore, this paper, with the purpose of promoting institutional research in China, provides some suggestions for institutions, society and the government.
