摘要
作为一种集体行动,治理的要义是多元主体参与,基础是共同体理念,目标是共同治理。内部治理与外部治理是高职院校治理机制的两个部分,前者主要体现为教师、学生、校友与学校的互动,后者主要体现为学校与外部的产教融合和校企合作。基于共同体理念,浙江金融职业学院构建了教师、学生、校友发展共同体和基于产教科教双融合的发展系统,既优化了内部主体权责关系,也解决了社会参与院校治理动力不足问题,极大地提升了院校治理能力。
As a collective action, the essence of governance is the participation of multiple subjects. The foundation of governance is the concept of community, and its goal is to realize co-governance. Internal governance and external governance are two parts of the governance mechanism of higher vocational colleges. The former refers to the interaction between teachers, students, alumni and the institutions, and the latter is mainly reflected in the integration of education and production and the university-corporation cooperation. Based on the concept of community, Zhejiang Financial Vocational College has established a development community for teachers, students and alumni and a development system based on the integration of production, education and technology. It has not only optimized the internal accountability, but also considerably improved the governance competence of institutions by motivating the society to participate in institutional governance.
