职业主义视野中工程教育创新

Engineering Education Innovation from the Perspective of Professionalism

现代工程是专业化职业,旨在培养工程技术专业人才的现代工程教育是专业化教育。职业主义是最有影响力的职业理念之一。工程职业主义是西方历史文化中形成的坚持工程之为专门化职业的理念,它坚持工程的学识性、服务性、伦理性、自治性和组织化等。我国工程教育创新的关键在于从工程知识体系、工程服务能力、工程伦理章程和工程伦理教育、工程职业认证及工程自治等方面协同推进工程职业建设。

Modern engineering is a specialized profession. Modern engineering education is a type of professional education aimed at cultivating technical talents of engineering. Among various ideas about professions, professionalism is one of the most influential ideas. Professionalism in engineering is a western concept which believes that engineering is a specialized profession. According to this idea, engineering should provide knowledge and service, and should be ethical, autonomous and well-organized. Based on the ideas of engineering professionalism, this paper finds that the key task of engineering education innovation in China is to promote the construction of modern engineering professions in terms of engineering knowledge, engineering service, engineering ethical education, profession accreditation and engineering autonomy.
