重庆来福士广场项目采用传统施工总承包模式,300m长多塔空中水晶连廊跨标段施工、设计及多专业组织技术难度大。项目提出以深化设计为引领,引导深化设计、建造、商务、招采管理思路,提高总承包管理水平。从混合制深化管理、深化设计、协同管理等方面介绍混合制深化设计管理,补强设计短板,解决空中连廊建造过程中的技术及协同难题。

The Chongqing Raffles City project adopts the traditional construction general contract mode, which is very difficult for construction , design and multi-professional organization of 300m long crystal air corridor. The project proposes to take the deepening design as the guidance, to guide the deepening design, construction, business and procurement management ideas, and to improve the general contracting management level. This paper introduces the deepening design management of hybrid system from the aspects of deepening management, deepening design, and collaborative management, the technical and collaborative problems in the construction of the air corridor is solved.
