摘要 以全球最大单体电子洁净厂房--滁州惠科电子洁净厂房为背景,针对项目工期短、启动难度大、所需资源量大、体量大、平面尺寸及单层面积超大的特点,通过创新应用总包管总、工区主干、专业主建项目组织结构设计,重点创新组织结构模式。采用超大体量结构施工快速启动技术,明确统一整体工作思路,落实技术先行、锁定资源、提前对接外围关系等。利用超大平面尺寸厂房施工部署综合技术,进行合理划分施工区段、周转施工流水、高效配置设备、分而治之预留通道、分析物流策划等工作。采取超短工期大体量建筑资源保障综合技术,策划资源总体思路、调研主要施工资源,为112d完成56万m2主体结构施工创造条件。 Taking the world's largest monomer electronic clean workshop as the background, in view of the characteristics of short project period, difficult to start, large amount of resources needed, large volume, large plan size and single-storey area, through innovative application of the organization and structure design technology of the general contractor, the main branch of the working site and the professional main construction projects, the organization structure pattern is innovated, the rapid start of super-large structure technology is adopted to clarify and unify the overall work idea, implement technology first, lock resources and connect the peripheral relations in advance. Using the comprehensive technology of the construction deployment of the super-large plan-size workshop, the construction sections is divided , the construction flow is comprehensively turned over, the equipment is efficiently allocated, the passage of divide and rule is reserved, the logistics planning is analyzed, etc. Technology of protecting large volume building resources for ultra-short construction period is adopted , the overall idea of resources is planed, and major construction resources is investigated, to create conditions for the completion of construction of 560 000m^2 main structure on 112d.
