摘要 在中航技易发研发展示中心工程扇形大屋盖钢结构项目中,利用BIM技术,在建立三维建筑信息模型的基础上,进行钢结构及其与其他专业的碰撞校核、复杂节点优化、详图制作和快速准确材料清单提取。施工方案编制过程中,将三维模型导入有限元软件,对施工过程进行模拟计算验证,提出补强措施。施工过程中利用BIM模型展示加工和安装工艺,指导施工。实践证明,该工程施工中利用BIM技术提前处理漏、错、碰问题,减少返工、提高质量、提高工作效率、缩短工期、提高技术安全管理水平、降低成本。 In the project of fan-shaped large roof steel structure of China Aviation Technoogy Development Exhibition Center, based on the three-dimensional building information model, BIM technology is used to check the collision, optimize complex joints, make detail drawings, extract material lists quickly and accurately of steel structure and other specialties. In the process of compiling the construction scheme, the three-dimensional model is imported into the finite element software to simulate and verify the construction process, and the reinforcement measures are put forward. BIM model is also used to guide the construction by showing the technology of processing and installation. BIM technology used in the construction of this project that can solve the problems of omiting, mistake and collision in advance, rework is reduced, quality and work efficiency is improved, construction period is shortened , the level of technical safety management is improved and costs is reduced.
