摘要
为提升基坑的绿色施工水平、节约工期、减少建筑废弃物的排放,基坑局部采用自动轴力补偿H型钢支撑。本基坑设计采用双拼双层H型钢满足支撑强度和刚度等要求,详细阐述装配式H型钢的施工过程、安装误差控制和预应力施加。对比分析H型钢支撑与混凝土支撑的应用效果,结果表明H型钢支撑具有施工方便、节省工期、对基坑变形及周边环境控制效果好等优点。
The automatic axial force compensation H-steel support is adopted in the foundation excavation in order to improve the green construction level of excavation , save the construction period and reduce the discharge of construction waste. The design of foundation excavation with double assembling and double layer for H-steel support meets the supporting stiffness and strength requirements. In this paper, the construction process, installation error control and pre-stressing application of prefabricated H-steel are described in detail. The application effect of H-steel support and concrete bracing is compared by monitoring the excavation. The results show that the H?steel support has the advantages of convenient construction, saving time limit, good control effect on the deformation of foundation excavation and surrounding environment.
