摘要
结合沈阳市某高层住宅楼纠倾加固工程,采用转换桩基础形式与桩端卸荷相结合的方案,建立计算模型,确定桩基础与土体的具体参数,对加固过程中改变基础形式的方法进行有限元数值模拟,分析基础形式的改变在高层建筑纠倾加固中起到的作用、机理及加固过程中基础的实际受力情况,并分析不同加固阶段桩身应力及地基土应力、荷载传递效果等,优化转换基础过程中桩基受力变化及加固方案。
Combined with an example of tilting rectification and reinforcement project of a high-rise residential building in Shenyang, a calculation model is established by combining the form of converted pile foundation with the unloading of pile end to determine the specific parameters of pile foundation and soil mass, and the finite element numerical simulation of changing foundation form is carried out. The foundation and mechanism of foundation changed form in the rectification and reinforcement and the actual stress is analyzed. The pile stress, foundation soil stress and load transfer effect in different reinforcement stages is also analyzed. The change of pile foundation stress and reinforcement scheme are optimized in the process of transformation foundation.
