摘要 提出一种仿蜂巢结构的正六边形管廊断面及组合形式,采用数值计算的方法分析六边形单舱及多舱管廊受力变形特性,结合工程案例对比圆形隧道及矩形管廊,分析六边形四舱和七舱管廊的受力变形特性,对单舱及多舱六边形管廊进行结构优化,评价其在受力变形和经济性方面的优劣。结果表明,六边形管廊的受力性能优于矩形管廊,空间利用率优于圆形隧道。净面积相同时,六边形多舱管廊节省混凝土用量,具有结构性及经济性优势。 A new type of hexagonal tunnel and combination form with honeycomb-like structure is proposed. The mechanical and deformation characteristics of the single-cabin and multi-cabin hexagonal tunnel are analyzed by numerical method. Comparing with circular tunnel and rectangular utility tunnel, the mechanical and deformation characteristics of four cabin and seven cabin hexagonal tunnels are analyzed. Structural optimization of single-cabin and multi-cabin hexagonal tunnels is carried out, and the advantages in structure and economy are evaluated. The results show that the mechanical performance of hexagonal tunnel is better than rectangular tunnel, and the space utilization ratio is better than circular tunnel. The multi-cabin hexagonal tunnel can save concrete consumption, which has the advantages of structure and economy.
