摘要
机械故障在液压式高压断路器故障中占有较大的比重,为评价液压式高压断路器机械特性状态,利用断路器在线监测装置提供的数据,采用模糊综合评价方法对液压式高压断路器机械特性进行分析。该方法选取储能电机和分合闸操作的关键机械特性参数进行模糊计算,将这些参数偏离正常值的误差量作为评价因素,分别对正常工况和异常工况下的在线监测实验数据进行了模糊综合评价。结果表明,该方法能够正确反映液压式高压断路器机械特性状态,为液压式高压断路器机械特性状态的实时评估提供了可行的方法。
Mechanical faults account for a large proportion in the faults of hydraulic high-voltage circuit breakers.In order to evaluate the mechanical characteristics of hydraulic high-voltage circuit breaker,the mechanical characteristics of hydraulic high-voltage circuit breaker are analyzed by using the data provided by on-line monitoring devices of circuit breaker and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.This method selects the key mechanical characteristic parameters of energy storage motor and on-off operation for fuzzy calculation.The deviation of these parameters from normal values is taken as an evaluation factor,and the breaker under normal and abnormal conditions are evaluated respectively by using on-line monitoring experimental data and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that the method can correctly reflect the mechanical characteristics state of hydraulic high-voltage circuit breaker,and provide a feasible method for real-time evaluation of mechanical characteristics of hydraulic high-voltage circuit breaker.
