摘要
从不同养殖地点采集草鱼和鲫鱼发病样品共35个,采用平板培养进行细菌分离鉴定,共分离出菌株52株,并进行药敏试验。结果显示,菌株对恩诺沙星敏感率最高,达到94.23%,对甲砜霉素耐药率最高,达到71.15%。
A total of 35 pathogenic samples of grass carp and crucian carp were collected from different breeding ponds. The bacteria were isolated and identified by plate culture. A total of 52 strains were isolated and tested for drug susceptibility. The results showed that the strain had the highest sensitivity rate with 94.23% to enrofloxacin, and the highest resistance rate with 71.15% to thiamphenicol.
