柳州南站运输组织优化研究

A Study on the Transport Organization Optimization of Liuzhou South Station

在当前铁路系统全面开展"增运量、增收入、增效益"攻坚战的背景下,作为中国铁路南宁局集团有限公司管辖范围内惟一特等编组站的柳州南站,充分提升运输能力迫在眉睫。基于柳州南站运输组织现状,从车流、管理、设备3个方面分析制约运输组织的主要因素,针对性地从优化车流组织、加强运输管理、实施扩能改造3个方面提出了源头上减少折角车流、提升调度指挥能力、实施柳州枢纽扩能改造等对策,以实现运输组织优化目标,为全路同类型编组站运输组织的优化提供参考。

At present, the railway system is carrying out the battle of "increasing traffic volume, increasing revenue and increasing benefit". As the only special marshalling yard in the territory of China Railway Nanning Group, it is urgent for Liuzhou South Station to fully enhance the transportation capacity. Based on the present situation of transport organization in Liuzhou South Station, this paper analyzes the main factors restricting the transport organization from 3 aspects: traffic flow, management and equipment;and the article puts forward the countermeasures for reducing the turn-around traffic flow, improving the dispatching command ability and carrying out the expansion and transformation of Liuzhou hub from the following 3 aspects: optimizing the organization of traffic flow, strengthening transportation management and carrying out capacity expansion and transformation, in order to achieve the goal of transport organization and provides a reference for the optimization of transport organization of the same type marshalling yards of the whole railway system.
