摘要
高速铁路行车调度系统是高速铁路调度指挥系统的核心,其安全风险水平与系统内各子系统之间的耦合作用密切相关。根据高速铁路行车调度系统安全风险分为人为风险、设备风险和环境风险,建立高速铁路行车调度系统风险指标体系,估算风险指标值,确定风险指标权重,构建风险耦合模型。实例分析表明,高速铁路行车调度系统内不同类型风险耦合作用显著,并且多种类型的风险协调发展程度较高,整体协同效应较明显,客观反映了高速铁路行车调度系统安全风险耦合规律。
High-speed railway traffic control system is the core of high-speed railway traffic control command system, and its safety risk level is closely related to the coupling effect among subsystems in the system. According to the safety risk of high-speed railway traffic control system being divided into human risk, equipment risk and environmental risk, this paper establishes arisk index system of high-speed railway traffic control system, estimates the value of risk index, determines the weight of risk index, and constructs risk coupling model. The case study shows that in the high-speed railway dispatching system, the coupling effect of different types of risk is significant, and the coordinated development degree of various types of risk is high, and the overall synergistic effect is obvious, which objectively reflects the safety risk coupling law of high-speed railway traffic control system.
