摘要
为支撑长江经济带发展战略,在更高起点上建设沿江综合交通运输体系,推动上中下游地区协调发展,亟需推进重庆至上海高速铁路通道的规划建设。从沿江铁路客运通道构成现状出发,针对技术标准差异大、客流密度占比不够等存在的问题,在客运量需求预测的基础上,分析重庆至上海高速铁路通道规划原则及目标,提出重庆至上海高速铁路规划方案及引入枢纽(地区)方案,有助于完善长江立体综合交通走廊建设,缩短时空距离,优化综合运输结构。
To support the development strategy of Yangtze River Economic Zone, build a comprehensive transport system along Yangtze River at a higher starting point, and promote the coordinated development of the upper, middle and lower reaches of the region, it is urgent to promote the planning and construction of Chongqing-Shanghai high-speed railway corridor. Starting from the present situation of the passenger transport corridor along Yangtze River, aiming at the problems of large differences in technical standards and Inadequate proportion of passenger flow density, based on the forecast of passenger traffic demand, this paper analyzes the principles and objectives of Chongqing-Shanghai high-speed railway corridor planning, and puts forward the Chongqing-Shanghai high-speed railway planning scheme and the introduction of hub(region) scheme. It is helpful to improve the construction of the three-dimensional comprehensive transportation corridor of Yangtze River, shorten the space-time distance and optimize the comprehensive transportation structure.
