Scientometrics and Visualization Analysis of Research Fronts and Hotspots in Frailty

目的分析近10年衰弱领域文献,了解衰弱领域发展现状及国际研究趋势。方法以2008-2018年期间在Web of Science数据库收录的10 686篇衰弱相关文献为数据来源,分别以关键词、被引文献为分析对象,应用CiteSpace软件进行关键词共现分析和文献共被引分析。结果近10年衰弱领域研究热点集中于衰弱流行病学调查、不同衰弱状态下老年患者疾病治疗方案的制定、运动训练对老年人身体功能的影响;认知衰弱和衰弱联合干预是衰弱领域现阶段的研究前沿。结论衰弱领域的研究仍处于发展阶段,选择并确定高效的、合适临床环境的衰弱评估工具意义重大,在国内不同地区、不同场所开展衰弱的流行病学调查很有必要,联合衰弱干预措施是否具有更好的效果仍需进一步探究。临床上,应根据衰弱状态为老年患者提供个性化的医疗护理服务。

Objective To analyze the literature of frailty fields in the past 10 years,so as to understand the development status and international research trends of frailty fields.Methods This work was based on the dataset contained 10 686 bibliographic records from 2008 to 2018,which was related to frailty and retrieved from the Web of Science.Keywords and cited references were selected as analysis objects.CiteSpace software was used to complete document co-citation analysis and co-word analysis.Results In the past 10 years,the research hotspots in frailty domain were epidemiological investigation,chronic disease management based on frailty in elderly patient,the effect of physical training on physical outcomes.The research fronts were cognitive frailty and multi-domain intervention.Conclusions The research in the field of frailty is still in the developing stage.It is of great significance to select an effective and appropriate frailty assessment tool according to the clinical environment.It is necessary to carry out epidemiological research of frailty in different clinical environment and areas in China.Whether the multi-domain intervention is better than others still needs further exploration.Clinically,personalized medical care should be provided to the elderly patients according to their frail states.
