摘要
通过研究长江经济带高新技术产业集群知识溢出效应、人才集聚效应以及规模经济效应分析了其对出口复杂度的影响,并选取了长江经济带2002-2016年的数据,使用stata11.0进行了OLS回归分析。研究结果表明:高新技术产业集群知识溢出效应和人才集聚效应,一方面通过增加高新技术产业集群内部的知识存量,促进企业进行技术创新;另一方面通过集群内人才之间的知识交流以及密切的合作进一步的强化了创新激励,从而促进了企业出口复杂度的提升,而产业集群的规模经济效应为集群内的高新技术企业带来相关成本费用的降低,使得企业可以将更多的资金投资于产品的技术研发工作中去,从而也有助于企业出口复杂度的提升;因此,长江经济带高新技术产业集聚促进了企业高新技术产品出口复杂度的提高。
This paper analyzes the knowledge spillover effects of industrial clusters,the effects of talent agglomeration and the impact of economies of scale on export complexity. The data of the Yangtze River Economic Belt 2002-2016 was selected and the OLS regression analysis was performed using stata11.0. The research results show that the knowledge spillover effect and talent agglomeration effect of high-tech industrial clusters promote the technological innovation of enterprises by increasing the knowledge stock within the high-tech industrial clusters. On the other hand,knowledge exchange and close cooperation among talents in the cluster. Further strengthening the innovation incentives,thus promoting the increase of enterprise export complexity,and the economies of scale of the industrial clusters bring about the reduction of related costs and expenses for high-tech enterprises within the cluster,enabling enterprises to invest more funds in products. The technical research and development work goes on,which also contributes to the improvement of the export complexity of enterprises. Therefore,the accumulation of high-tech industries in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has promoted the increase in the complexity of exporting high-tech products.
