Risk and benefit analysis of shared parking in residential area based on structural equation model

摘要 在共享停车模式中,利益相关者在风险承担和利益分配上存在冲突和矛盾,理清利益相关方的风险和收益问题是推广共享停车的重要基础和前提,因此本文以居住区停车供应者和管理者为利害冲突相关方,利用结构方程模型探讨供应者和管理者收益与风险对共享停车模式推广的影响程度。结果表明:停车风险和停车收益对供应者共享意愿有显著影响,影响程度分别为-0.85和0.29,而管理压力对供应者意愿影响不显著,为-0.14;停车共享效益、共享风险和管理压力对停车管理者共享意愿有显著影响,影响程度分别为-0.46,0.52,-0.74。本研究为居住区共享停车模式的推广提供了有效建议。 In the shared parking mode,there are many conflicts of risks and benefits among the stakeholders,clarify the risks and benefits of shared parking become the important basis and prerequisite to promote the mode of shared parking in the residential areas. This paper takes parking suppliers and managers in residential areas as interested parties,structural equation model was used to study the supplier and manager returns and risk influence on the popularization of Shared parking mode.The results show that: risks of the shared parking and benefits of the shared parking have significant impact on suppliers willingness to share,with the path coefficiency of -0.85 and 0.29 respectively,while management pressure has no significant impact on suppliers willingness,which is -0.14. Risks of the shared parking,benefits of the shared parking and management pressures have significant influence on parking managers willingness to shared parking,and the path coefficiency are -0.46,0.51 and -0.74 respectively.This study provides effective suggestions for the promotion of shared parking in residential areas.
