摘要
目的设计一种血液透析治疗辅助回血管路,以减少血液损失。方法2017年1月至2018年12月,便利抽样法选取35例管路凝血的患者为研究对象。按时间先后将其分成两组,其中一组19例使用辅助管路回血,另一组16例采用更换静脉管路回血。统计两组的回血成功率。结果使用辅助管路回血组成功率(73.69%)高于更换静脉管路回血组(31.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液透析治疗辅助回血管路能提高凝血后回血的成功率,减少患者血液丢失。
Objective To design a hemodialysis-assisted blood return tube for reducing patients'blood loss.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,35 patients with tube coagulation were selected by convenience sampling method.The patients were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,the observation group with 19 cases was treated with hemodialysis-assisted blood return tube,while the control group with 16 cases returned the blood by intravenous catheter.The success rate of blood return in the two groups was counted.Results The success rate of blood return in the observation group(73.69%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(31.25%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The hemodialysis-assisted blood return tube greatly improves the success rate of blood return after coagulation and reduces the loss of blood.
