推动抚州市绿色金融发展的研究

Research on Promoting the Development of Green Finance in Fuzhou City

从抚州市的视角探究绿色金融支持全省生态文明先行示范市建设的政策机遇和生态优势。通过分析抚州市绿色金融发展现状和特点发现其存在的四个问题,即总体规模小增速慢、绿色金融产品单一、政府激励政策欠缺、信息披露和共享机制不健全。从打造绿色增长模式、创新产品和服务、实施绿色差异化政策、完善信息披露和共享机制四个方面提出抚州市绿色金融发展的建议,助推抚州绿色发展崛起。

From the perspective of Fuzhou city's practice,this paper explores how green finance facilitated the political opportunities and ecological advantages of the construction of the provincial pilot city for ecological civilization. Through the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of the development of green finance in this city,four problems were found:slow growth of the overall scale,singular green financial products,lack of government incentive policies,and imperfect information disclosure and sharing mechanism.Suggestions to the development of green finance in Fuzhou will be put forward from the following four aspects:forging green growth model, innovating products and services,implementing green differentiation policy,improving information disclosure and sharing mechanism,so as to promote the rise of green development in Fuzhou.
