基于复杂性理论的社会生态系统——海珠湿地公园弹性管理实证分析

Social Ecosystem from the Perspective of Complexity Theory: Empirical Analysis on Elastic Management of Haizhu Wetland Park

社会生态系统(social -ecological system,SES)的复杂性分析及弹性管理的研究是当前国际研究的前沿和热点问题。面对社会生态系统的可持续发展,基于复杂性理论视角,学术界提出了新的资源管理思维方式——弹性思维,在社会生态系统框架下,探讨弹性思维的理论基础,在对概念及内涵进行综述后,以广州海珠湿地公园的弹性管理做实证分析,阐述了弹性管理是如何决定社会生态系统未来发展路径的,最后对社会生态系统的弹性研究进行展望,提出弹性思维是推动社会生态系统可持续性发展的一种新的理论研究视角和新的实践进路,弹性才是社会生态系统可持续性的关键。

Complexity analysis and elastic management of social ecosystems(social -ecological system,SES) are the frontiers and hot issues of current international research. Facing the sustainable development of social ecosystem, based on the complexity theory, the academic circles put forward a new thinking mode of resource management -elastic thinking. Under the framework of social ecosystem, the theoretical basis of elastic thinking was discussed. After reviewing the concept and connotation, the elastic management of Haizhu Wetland Park in Guangzhou was adopted. Empirical analysis illustrates how elastic management determines the future development path of social ecosystem. Finally, the elastic research of social ecosystem is prospected. It is pointed out that elastic thinking is a new theoretical research perspective and a new practical approach to promote the sustainable development of social ecosystem. Elasticity is the social ecosystem. Key to overall sustainability.
