急性胆道感染是我国最常见的疾病之一,但目前对胆道感染的药物治疗、引流策略及手术时机等治疗尚存有争议。《东京指南(2018)》提出了胆道感染的标准治疗方式,本文旨在解读该指南,为临床医师在胆道感染的诊断、治疗上提供参考。

Acute biliary tract infection is one of the most common diseases in China, but there are still controversies about the treatment of biliary tract infection, such as drug treatment, drainage strategy and timing of operation. Tokyo Guidelines (2018) provide standard treatment for biliary tract infection. The purpose of this article is to interpret the Guidelines and provide references for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary tract infection.
