企业职工心肺复苏知识、态度及需求的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调查企业职工的心肺复苏知识、态度及需求现状,为开展企业职工心肺复苏培训提供依据。方法:采用方便抽样方法于2018年6-9月选取浦东新区金桥镇3家企业共194名职工为研究对象进行问卷调查。共发放问卷194份,回收有效问卷192份,有效回收率98.97%。结果:企业职工心肺复苏理论知识合格率总体较低,高中及以下学历和本科及以上学历职工的得分差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);有心肺复苏培训经历和无心肺复苏培训经历的职工得分差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);分别有187名(97.40%)和184名(95.83%)企业职工认为有必要和有兴趣学习心肺复苏知识技能,有190名职工认为企业有必要宣传心肺复苏知识技能(98.96%);企业职工对熟人与陌生人实施心肺复苏两项技能的意愿差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson分析结果显示,企业职工心肺复苏知识与态度之间呈正相关。结论:企业应主动寻求医疗急救资源,为职工举办形式多样的心肺复苏知识技能宣传活动。企业临近的医疗系统也应发挥其地域优势,加大急救理念的宣传力度,组织开展心肺复苏急救培训,以提高企业职工的急救意愿。 Objective: To investigate the status quo of CPR knowledge, attitude and demand of employees in enterprises, and to provide basis for CPR training of employees in enterprises. Methods: From June to September 2018, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 194 employees of three enterprises in Jinqiao Community, Pudong New District by convenient sampling method. A total of 194 questionnaires were distributed, 192 valid questionnaires were returned, and the effective recovery rate was 98.97%. Results: The qualified rate of CPR theory knowledge of employees in enterprises was generally low, and there was statistical significance in the scores of employees with high school or below education and those with undergraduate or above education(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the scores of employees with CPR training experience and those without CPR training experience(P<0.05);187 employees(97.40%) and 184 employees (95.83%) thought it was necessary and interested to learn CPR knowledge and skills, and 190 employees thought it was necessary to publicize CPR knowledge and skills(98.96%);there was a statistically significant difference in the willingness of enterprise employees to implement CPR skills between acquaintances and strangers(P<0.05). Pearson analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between CPR knowledge and attitude among enterprise employees. Conclusion: Enterprises should actively seek medical emergency resources and organize various forms of CPR knowledge and skills promotion activities for employees. The medical system adjacent to the enterprise should also exert its geographical advantages, increase the propaganda of the first-aid concept, and organize CPR firstaid training to improve the first-aid will of the employees.
