摘要
目的:通过对社区居民的药学服务认知情况、药物信息需求、社区药学服务模式及药学服务内容等方面进行调研,掌握开展药学服务的有效方式。方法:于2019年3-6月采用简单随机抽样方法对上海市彭浦新村社区居民进行问卷调查,共发放调查问卷300份,回收有效问卷300份,问卷有效回收率100.00%。结果:多数社区居民认为药师的主要职责是配发药物(65.33%)、用药指导和咨询服务(59.33%),仅有少部分居民认为药师应负担起审核医师处方(36.67%)及合理用药知识宣传的职责(38.00%);210名居民希望了解药物的服用方法(70.00%),188名居民希望了解药物的毒副作用与注意事项(62.67%);194名居民表示更愿意接受医师提供的药学服务(64.67%),仅78名居民愿意接受药师的药学服务(26.00%);184名居民希望通过当面口述的方式获得药物信息(61.33%),90名居民更希望通过通讯或网络的方式获得信息(30.00%)。结论:为解决社区居民对药学服务认知度较低、对药师不够信任等问题。建议采取如下措施:1)将老年人作为重点服务人群。2)更新传统的药事服务观念。3)结合线上、线下宣传推广方式。
Objective: Through investigating the community residents’ perception of pharmaceutical care, drug information needs, community pharmaceutical care mode and content of pharmaceutical care, to grasp the effective ways of developing pharmaceutical care. Methods: From March to June 2019, a simple random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among community residents in Pengpuxincun, Shanghai. A total of 300 questionnaires were sent out, 300 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the valid rate of the questionnaires was 100.00%. Results: The majority of community residents believed that the main responsibilities of pharmacists were drug distribution(65.33%), drug guidance and counseling services(59.33%). Only a few residents thought that pharmacists should take the responsibility of reviewing doctors’ prescriptions(36.67%) and propaganda of rational drug use knowledge(38.00%);210 residents wanted to know the method of taking drugs(70.00%) and 188 residents wanted to know the side effects and precautions(62.67%);194 residents indicated that they were more willing to receive pharmaceutical care provided by physicians(64.67%), while only 78 residents were willing to receive pharmaceutical care provided by pharmacists(26.00%);184 residents wanted to get drug information by face-to-face oral way(61.33%), and 90 residents preferred to get information by means of communication or network(30.00%). Conclusion: In order to solve the problem that community residents have low awareness of pharmaceutical care and insufficient trust for pharmacists, the following measures are recommended: 1) take the elderly as the key service population. 2) Update the traditional concept of pharmacy services. 3) Combine online and offline promotion methods.
