2015-2017年上海大华地区居民死因监测结果分析

Analysis of surveillance results of death causes of residents in Dahua area of Shanghai from 2015 to 2017

目的:分析2015-2017年上海大华社区居民主要死亡原因及其规律,为制定疾病防控策略提供依据。方法:根据上海市宝山区大华地区死因监测系统和大华派出所提供的死亡信息和人口资料,分析2015-2017年大华地区居民的死亡率、死因构成和死因顺位。结果:2015-2017年大华地区年均死亡率725.47/10万,标化死亡率为316.07/10万;男性标化死亡率(381.45/10万)高于女性(253.04/10万)。居民前五位死因分别为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、内分泌营养和代谢疾病、损伤和中毒外部原因,前五位死因死亡人数占全死因的91.59%;15~44岁和45~64岁年龄组人群的死因第一位是肿瘤。死亡率随着年龄的增大呈现上升趋势。结论:慢性非传染性疾病是上海大华地区居民主要死亡原因,提示应进一步加强针对慢性病的社区防治工作。

Objective: To analyze the main cause and regularity of death in the residents of Dahua Community in Shanghai from 2015 to 2017, and provide the basis for formulating the disease prevention and control strategy. Methods: According to the death information and population data provided by the death cause monitoring system and the Dahua Police Station in Dahua area of Baoshan District, Shanghai, the death rate, composition of death causes and order of death causes of residents in Dahua area from 2015 to 2017 were analyzed. Results: The average annual mortality rate of Dahua area from 2015 to 2017 was 725.47/100 000, and the standardized mortality rate was 316.07/100 000;the standardized mortality rate of male(381.45/100 000) was higher than that of female(253.04/100 000). The top five causes of death were circulatory system diseases, tumors, respiratory system diseases, endocrine nutrition and metabolic diseases, and injury and poisoning;the top five causes of death accounted for 91.59% of all deaths;the first cause of death in the 15-44 and 45-64 age groups was the tumor. The mortality rate increased with age. Conclusion: Chronic non-communicable diseases(NCDs) are the main causes of death among residents in Dahua area of Shanghai, which suggests that community prevention and treatment of chronic diseases should be further strengthened.
