摘要
职业培训是人才队伍建设的重要工作。从铁路建筑企业的视角探索建立职业培训应用性评价体系的六个指标,即培训企业满意度、培训学员好评度、培训考试得分率、培训课程出勤率、培训教师认可度、培训品牌传播率,并对这六个指标进行了研究分析。
The vocational training is an important task of teamwork. Based on the perspective of railway construction enterprises, this paper tries to establish the vocational training application evaluation system. The system includes the satisfaction of enterprises, the evaluation of trainees, the score rate of training examinations, the attendance rate of training courses, the acceptance of training teachers and the dissemination rate of training brands. Eventually, these six indicators are studied and analyzed.
