摘要
目的探讨专科护士培养与管理方法和效果。方法明确专科护士培养条件,规范专科护士使用管理,细化专科护士职责,建立专科护士队伍培养与使用的管理模式。结果近5年培养专科护士400余人,有效开展各项工作,提高了护理质量,拓展了专科护士的职业发展渠道。结论专科护士队伍的建设与使用,提高了护理专业化服务水平,提升了护理学科影响力。
Objective To explore the model for training and use of the specialty nurse team . Methods We identified the requirements of specialty nurse training,standardized the usage of specialty nurse,refined duties,and established a management model for the training and use of the specialty nurse team.Results More than 400 specialty nurse were trained in recent five years. The training improved the nursing quality and the professional identity of nursing staff. Conclusion The specialty nurse team could effectively improve the service level and increase the influence of nursing.
