腹膜透析患者疾病接受度现状及影响因素研究

A survey of disease acceptance of patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis

目的调查腹膜透析患者疾病接受度现状并分析其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,选取在河南省4所腹膜透析中心进行治疗的腹膜透析患者156例,使用一般资料调查问卷、疾病接受度量表对其进行调查。结果腹膜透析患者疾病接受度总分为(23.37±6.93)分。年龄、最近半年有重大事件发生是患者疾病接受度的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释腹膜透析患者疾病接受度18.7%的变异。结论腹膜透析患者疾病接受度处于中度水平,医务人员应根据患者年龄、最近半年有重大事件发生的情况制订针对性的干预措施,帮助其以最佳的心理状态适应疾病。

Objective To investigate the disease acceptance of patients with peritoneal dialysis,and to analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 156 patients from 4 peritoneal dialysis centers in Henan province were investigated with the Acceptance of Illness Scale(AIS). Results The total score of acceptance of illness scale was(23.37±6.93). Age,significant life events in recent half a year were the major influential factors(P<0.05),which explained 24.2% of the total variance. Conclusion Disease acceptance of patients with peritoneal dialysis is on the medium level. Health care provider should pay more attention to relevant factors such as age,significant life events in recent half a year and develop tailored interventions to help these patients live with the best psychological status.
