人参林蛙油复方制剂对小鼠缓解体力疲劳作用及ATP酶代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effects of ginseng forest frog oil compound preparation on weight-bearingswimming time and ATPase metabolism in mice

摘要 目的研究人参林蛙油复方制剂对小鼠缓解体力疲劳作用以及对小鼠体内腺嘌呤核苷三磷酸(ATP)酶代谢的影响。方法将40只雄性ICR小鼠,按体重随机分为低剂量组(175 mg/kg)、中剂量组(350 mg/kg)、高剂量组(1 050 mg/kg)和对照组(蒸馏水)4组,连续灌胃30 d,观察小鼠负重游泳时间、测定血乳酸含量、尿素氮含量、Na^+-K^+-ATP及Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP酶活性。结果高剂量组(1 350 mg/kg)能延长负重小鼠游泳时间(8.41±2.91)min,降低了血清尿素氮(8.06±2.6)nmol/ml和血乳酸(4.88±0.89)U/ml的含量,提高体内Na^+-K^+-ATP(2.50±0.15)μmol/(mg·h)及Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP(0.62±0.11)μmol/(mg·h)酶活性,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);中剂量组肝中Na^+-K^+-ATP(2.42±0.10)μmol/(mg·h)、Ca^2+-Mg^2+-ATP(0.52±0.09)μmol/(mg·h)酶活性增加,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且高剂量组ATP酶活性增加明显优于中剂量组。结论人参林蛙油复方制剂具有一定的缓解体力疲劳的作用,同时能够提高机体内ATP酶的活性,促进机体能量代谢。 Objective To study the anti-fatigue effect of ginseng rana oil compound preparation on alleviating physical fatigue in mice and its effect on ATPase metabolism in mice. Methods Forty male ICR were randomly divided into low-dose group(175 mg/kg), medium-dose group(350 mg/kg), high-dose group(1 050 mg/kg) and control group(distilled water). On the stomach for 30 days, the swimming time of the weight-bearing mice was observed, and the blood lactate, urea nitrogen content, Na+-K+-ATP, Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity were measured. Results The high-dose group(1 350 mg/kg) prolonged swimming time in weight-bearing mice(8.41±2.91) min, decreased serum urea nitrogen(8.06±2.6)nmol/mL and blood lactate(4.88±0.89)U/ml, and increased NA+-K+-in vivo. The activity of ATP(2.50±0.15) μmol/(mg·h) and Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP(0.62±0.11)μmol/(mg·h) was statistically different from the control group(P<0.05). In the middle dose group, Na+-K+-ATP(2.42±0.10)μmol/(mg·h), the activity of Ca2+-Mg2+-ATP(0.52±0.09)μmol/(mg·h) increased, which was statistically different from the control group(P<0.05), and the ATPase activity in the high dose group was significantly better than that in the middle dose group.Conclusion The ginseng Rana oil compound preparation has certain anti-fatigue effect and enhances ATPase activity and promotes energy metabolism.
