摘要
目的调查降落伞生产过程中的职业病危害因素,检测危害因素并分析其危害程度,最终确定降落伞生产过程中职业病危害因素对人体健康的影响。方法采用职业卫生现场调查和职业卫生现场检测等方法对某降落伞企业生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素进行检测和分析。结果工艺员接触紫外辐射强度低于限值,伞布切割工艺员接触稳态噪声L(EX,8 h)为84.9 dB(A),属于噪声作业岗位,其余人员接触噪声强度均符合限值。结论伞布切割为职业病防治关键控制点,应为进入作业区人员配备合适的防噪耳塞。
Objective To investigate of occupational hazards in parachute production, to detect the hazard factors and anaylyze the hazard degree of the occupational hazards as to determine the impact of occupational hazards on human health in the parachute production.Methods Occupational hazards in parachute production were detected and analyzed by means of on-site occupational health survey and on-site occupational health testing. Results The UV radiation intensity of the technician was below the limit, and the steady-state noise of the umbrella cloth cutting technician was 84.9 dB( A), which belonged to the noise position. The contact noise intensity of other personnel all met the limit value. Conclusion The umbrella cloth cutting is a key control point for prevention of occupational disease, and the technician should be equipped with appropriate earplug.
