摘要
为优化封隔器配套用O形圈压缩率选用,在对比国内外O形圈设计标准基础上,在不同工况下对某规格的O形圈进行摩擦力和液密、气密试验测试与有限元模拟计算。综合试验与有限元模拟结果,在35MPa的密封要求下,提出封隔器配套用O形圈的压缩率推荐值为10%~13%。该设计值小于国际标准值,在满足操作工况允许的载荷条件下,摩擦力降低约47.8%,有效地解决了O形圈密封性能和摩擦力之间的协调性问题。
To optimize the selection of the packer matching O-ring compression ratio,the design standards of O-ring at home and abroad were compared,and a kind of O-ring was tested including friction,liquid tightness and air tightness and simulated by finite element under different working conditions.Based on the test result and finite element simulation result,the referenced compression rate of O-ring of the packer is adjusted to from 10% to 13% under the seal requirement of 35 MPa.The design value is less than the international standard value.Under the condition of satisfying the allowable load of operating conditions,the friction force is decreased by about 47.8%,which is effective to solve the coordination problem between O-ring sealing performance and friction.
