摘要
为更好地模拟汽轮机抗燃油在役过程中的老化情况,搭建全尺寸液压试验高压台架,模拟抗燃油在电力机组汽轮机调节系统中的实际运行状态,对大型电力机组汽轮机常用的三款磷酸酯抗燃油(A1、A2、A3)进行老化试验。结果表明:A1的酸值变化趋势缓慢,A2和A3酸值增长幅度大,且A3在试验结束时已超过运行油标准要求;A3空气释放性能最优;A1的体积电阻率能维持正常范围,且油泥析出量最少。综合分析,抗燃油A1的抗老化性能优于A2与A3。
In order to better simulate the aging of the fire-resistant oils of steam turbines in service,a hydraulic bench was set up.By simulating the actual operation status of fire-resistant oils in steam turbine governing system,the aging test of three commonly used phosphate ester fire-resistant oils(A1, A2, A3)in power plants was carried out.The results show that the acid value change of A1 fire-resistant oil is the slowest,while the acid values of A2 and A3 fire-resistant oils are increased greatly,and the acid value of A3 fire-resistant oil exceeds the standard of running oil at the end of the test.A3 fire-resistant oil has the best air release performance.The volume resistivity of A1 volume resistivity maintains a normal range,and the amount of sludge precipitation is the least.Comprehensive analysis shows that the aging resistance of A1 fire-resistant oil is better than that of A2 and A3 fire-resistant oils.
