摘要 针对表面-内置式永磁同步电机强耦合、多变量以及非线性的特点,引入Taguchi方法对一种新型的表面-内置式永磁同步电机进行多目标优化设计。选取转矩脉动系数、齿槽转矩、反电势谐波畸变率以及单位质量永磁体产生的转矩作为优化目标,并通过有限元软件分别对电机额定状态及空载状态进行仿真分析,选取对优化目标影响较大的参数作为优化参数。首先,根据所选取的优化参数的个数以及各参数的水平数建立正交表,并对正交表中的各种情况进行有限元仿真;然后,分析仿真结果从而确定最优方案;最后,对电机最优方案进行有限元仿真,优化后电机仿真结果与优化前电机比较验证所提方法的有效性。 Aiming at the strong coupling, multivariable and nonlinear characteristics of the surface mounted and interior permanent magnet synchronous motor, the Taguchi method was introduced to multi-objective optimization design of a novel surface-mounted and interior permanent magnet synchronous motor. The cogging torque, torque ripple coefficient, back-EMF total harmonics distortion and the torque producted by per unit mass permanent magnet were selected as optimization goals. The finite element software was used to simulate the motor rated operation and no-load operation, and the parameters which have great influence on the optimization target were selected as the optimization parameters. Firstly, based on the number of selected optimization parameters and the level of each parameter, the orthogonal table of the Taguchi experiment was established, and the finite element simulation was performed on each situation in the orthogonal table. Then, the simulation results were analyzed to determine the optimal scheme. Finally, the finite element simulation of the optimal motor scheme was carried out. The simulation results were compared with the pre-optimization motor characteristics to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
