摘要 为获取电机定子绕组与轴承复合故障特征,采用多回路数学模型和周期性振动特征负载模型进行分析和研究。通过多相异步电机策略构造定子匝间短路故障数学模型,Simulink中的S函数为基础编写数学模型。将轴承扭转振动作为负载输入,建立Matlab/Simulink三相异步电机正常状态和复合故障的仿真模型,并分析亚同步状态下正常、短路故障、轴承故障和复合故障的运行状况。结果表明,复合状态下电流信号除存在单故障特征频率与基频分量增大外,还将产生低于工频的谐波分量。最后通过电磁转矩和转速验证了模型的正确性,为复合故障特征检测提供理论支撑。 Multi-loop mathematical model and periodic vibration characteristic load model were used to analyze and study the complex fault characteristics of stator winding and bearing. Then a mathematical model of the stator short-circuit fault was constructed by using the strategy of multiphase asynchronous motor, and based on the S-function of Simulink mathematical model of motor was written. With the bearing torsional vibration simulation model as the load input, the normal and the composite failure simulation models of three-phase asynchronous motor were established based on the Matlab/Simulink platform. And running conditions at normal, short circuit single fault, bearing single failure and compound fault under the sub-synchronous state were analyzed. The results show that there are not only characteristic frequencies of the single fault and the increase of the fundamental frequency component, but also the harmonic component lower than the power frequency in the current signal. The electromagnetic torque and speed were used to verify analysis, which verified the correctness of the model and provides the theoretical support for the composite fault feature detection.
