摘要
高端制造装备的核心技术之一就是工业机器人。而作为机器人关键技术之一的伺服系统需要解决机器人高精度、平稳性等问题。高精度及平稳性要求电机在运行时具有极低的转矩波动,提供相对稳定的转矩,这需要合理的电磁设计及优化予以保证。通过削弱反电势谐波含量和降低齿槽定位转矩,达到高精度、平稳运行的目的。根据电机方案生产出了样机,样机测试结果表明,本文设计的电机性能能够满足指标要求。
One of the core technologies of the high-end manufacturing equipment is industrial robots.As one of the key technologies of robots,the servo system needs to solve the problems of high precision and stability of the robot.High accuracy and stability require the motor to have extremely low torque ripple,providing a relatively stable torque, which requires reasonable electromagnetic design and optimization to ensure. High precision and smooth operation are achieved by weakening the back EMF harmonic content and reducing the cogging torque.According to the motor scheme,a prototype was produced.The test results of the prototype show that the motor performance can meet the index requirement.
