摘要
本文电磁铁应用于燃油泵系统中,但是由于燃油泵系统的环境温度较高,电磁铁散热环境差,温升过高可能会损坏电磁铁。本文通过热路法和有限元法分析了电磁铁在自然对流条件下的温升状况,验证了该分析方法的有效性,得出了电磁铁内部各时刻各位置的不同温升情况,对于电磁铁内部温升校核和改进具有一定的工程意义。
In this paper, the electromagnet was used in the fuel pump system. However, due to the high ambient temperature of the fuel pump system, the electromagnet heat dissipation environment is poor, and excessive temperature rise may damage the electromagnet. In this paper, the temperature rise of electromagnet under natural convection conditions was analyzed by the thermal path method and the finite element method. The validity of the analysis method was verified, and the different temperature rises of various positions inside the electromagnet were obtained. The internal temperature rise check and improvement of iron has certain engineering significance.
