居家腹膜透析推广阻碍性因素及对策

Barriers to effective generalization of home peritoneal dialysis in China and corresponding strategies

居家腹膜透析作为一种经济有效的终末期肾病治疗方式之一,目前在国际上广泛应用,但我国目前开展有限,除了受未实施"腹透优先"政策、腹透液市场价格高等因素影响之外,其他诸多因素也制约着居家腹膜透析治疗的有效推广。本文拟从透析教育与培训、透析服务提供角度分析我国居家腹膜透析有效推广存在的阻碍性因素,并针对这些问题提出居家腹膜透析推广的对策,如加大宣传与教育、开发有组织的资源中心、加大腹膜透析卫生人力投入、建立健全随访体系等。

As a cost-effective treatment method of end-stage renal disease, home peritoneal dialysis has been applied widely abroad but limited in China. In addition to some reasons such as no implementation of “PD First”(peritoneal dialysis, PD) policy and higher peritoneal dialysis fluid price, there are some other factors that hinder the popularity of home peritoneal dialysis. This article analyzed the obstacles to promoting the generalization of home peritoneal dialysis in two aspects, the education and training of dialysis and the accessibility of dialysis service, and put forward some corresponding measures, such as enhancing the education, developing organized resource center, increasing the investment of related health workforce, and improving the follow-up system, etc.
