围绝经期类风湿关节炎患者焦虑、抑郁现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of Anxiety and Depression and Influencing Factors among Premenopausal Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients

目的了解围绝经期类风湿关节炎患者的焦虑、抑郁现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2017年6—9月于某三级甲等医院免疫科门诊就诊的处于围绝经期的类风湿关节炎患者200名进行研究。采用一般资料调查表、医院综合焦虑抑郁量表、WHO生活质量测定量表简表和领悟社会支持量表对其进行问卷调查。利用多元线性回归分析其焦虑、抑郁的影响因素。结果患者出现焦虑阳性者占42.9%,出现抑郁阳性者占31.0%,多元线性回归分析显示,婚姻状况、生活质量是类风湿关节炎围绝经期患者焦虑的主要影响因素(P<0.05);家庭人均月收入、生活质量是类风湿关节炎围绝经期患者抑郁的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论处于围绝经期的类风湿关节炎患者焦虑、抑郁情况不容乐观,医护人员应根据其影响因素,采取有效措施,针对性地对患者进行干预,以提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the anxiety and depression of peri-menopausal patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and to analyze the influencing factors and to provide theoretical basis for the rehabilitation nursing and health education.Methods Adopting the convenient sampling method,a total of 200 peri-menopausal patients with rheumatoid arthritis were investigated in this study by General information questionnaire,HADS,WHOQOL-BREF and PSSS.Results Patients with positive anxiety accounted for 42.9% and 31% were positive for depression.Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that marital status and quality of life were the main influencing factors of anxiety in peri-menopausal women with rheumatoid arthritis( P <0.05).Average monthly household income and quality of life were the major influencing factors of depression in peri-menopausal women with rheumatoid arthritis( P <0.05).Conclusion Patients with rheumatoid arthritis in peri-menopausal anxiety and depression are not optimistic.What's more,medical personnel should take effective measures and make targeted interventions on patients to improve their quality of life according to the influencing factors.
