父母职业类别对0～6岁儿童健康管理影响分析

Research on Influence of Parents’ Occupational Categories on Health Management of Children Aged 0～6 Years Old

目的研究父母职业类别对0~6岁儿童健康管理的影响。方法随机抽取十堰市城区截至2019年1月1日止0~6岁的儿童1100例,通过湖北省妇幼保健服务系统档案调取0~6岁样本儿童健康管理状况及父母职业类别等相关资料,分析儿童管理率相关指标。结果父母职业类型不同,儿童健康管理率存在一定差异。父母职业类型为专业技术、办事人员、管理人员的儿童健康管理率较高,其管理率在90%以上。父母职业类型为商业及服务人员、农民及工人的儿童健康管理率较低,管理率在70%~90%。结论在0~6岁儿童健康管理中,应该重点关注商业及服务人员、农民、工人等职业类型父母的儿童。

Objective To study the effects of the parents'occupational categories on the health management of children aged 0~6 years.Methods 1 100 children aged 0-6 years old in Shiyan were randomly selected on January 1,2019.Data of health management of children aged 0~6 years old and their parents'occupational were collected by checking the files of Hubei maternal and children health care service system,and the relationship between them were analyzed.Results The rates of children health management were significantly different among different parents'occupational categories.The child health management rate was 90% and above when their parents'occupations were technical,clerical and management personnel,and the rate was between 70% to 90% with their parents'occupations were business,service,farmers and workers.Conclusion The health management of children aged 0~6 years should focus on the children whose parents'occupation are business,service,farmers and workers.
