摘要
分析了国内外角焊机的缺陷与不足,针对这些不足提出一种可焊盲区、并具有机械焊缝跟踪的角焊机。该角焊机以STM32单片机为控制器,以步进电机为执行元件,机械结构合理。该角焊机的试焊结果表明,焊缝全长度无接头、成形均匀性好、操作简化、焊接效率提高,该角焊机可投入生产中,具有推广价值。
This paper has studied the defects and deficiencies of corner welder in the domestic and overseas,and has designed a corner welder with solving welding blind area and welding seam tracking. The STM32 single-chip was taken as the controller of the angle welding machine. Step-by-steps electrical machinery was used as the actuation functional element. Finally,through the reasonable mechanical structure,the transformation of traditional angle welding machine was realized. The test welding of the angle welder shows that the weld has no joint length,uniform molding uniformity,simplified operation and improved welding efficiency.
