摘要
随着我国制造业的发展,对焊接技术人才、高端焊接人才的要求及需求随之增加。兰州理工大学焊接技术与工程系为了能培养适应社会发展的人才,对焊接专业课程进行了创新性及实践性提升。结果表明,焊接本科毕业生的各方面能力得到了进一步提升,就业率大大增加,受到企业的广泛好评。其次,专业课程的创新性及实践性提升为实现新工科,奠定了基础,为焊接行业的发展做出一定的贡献。
With the development of China's manufacturing industry,the requirements and demands for welding technical personnel and high-end welding talents are increasing. In order to train students to adapt to the development of society,the welding technology and engineering department of Lanzhou university of technology has promoted the innovation and practice of welding courses. The results show that the abilities of welding undergraduates have been further improved,the employment rate has been greatly increased,and has been widely praised by enterprises. The innovation and practicality of professional courses lay a foundation for the realization of a new engineering, and make a certain contribution to the development of welding industry.
