集束化策略降低血液透析导管相关血流感染发生率

Clustering Strategy Reduces the Incidence of Hemodialysis Catheter-related Bloodstream Infections

目的探讨集束化策略在预防血液透析导管相关血流感染发生率的效果。方法选取2016年4月至2017年3月深静脉置管行血液透析的患者138例,作为基础资料设立为对照组,选取2017年4月至2018年3月实施集束化策略改进后置管150例患者作为观察组,比较两组患者导管相关血流感染发生率。结果对照组导管相关血流感染发病率为1.2‰,观察组导管相关血流感染发病率为0.28‰,采用集束化策略后,观察组CLABSI发病率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论采用集束化策略能有效地降低血液透析导管相关血流感染的发生,整个操作简单、针对性强,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of clustering strategy on preventing the incidence of hemodialysis catheter-related bloodstream infection.Methods 138 patients with hemodialysis underwent deep venous catheterization from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the control group, and 150 patients with improved catheterization strategy from April 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the observation group.To compare the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infections between the two groups.Results The incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection in the control group was 1.2‰, and the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infection in the observation group was 0.28‰.After the clustering strategy, the incidence of CLABSI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The use of the clustering strategy can effectively reduce the occurrence of hemodialysis catheter-related bloodstream infections.The whole operation is simple and targeted, and it is worthy of clinical application.
