摘要
为探究丁羟推进剂慢速烤燃响应特性的改善途径,分析总结了丁羟推进剂慢速烤燃响应机理。利用溶剂法对高氯酸铵进行包覆,采用扫描电镜、元素分析和热分析方法对其进行表征,利用自制测压装置测量响应时推进剂产气压力变化,并将包覆后的高氯酸铵应用于丁羟推进剂中进行慢速烤燃试验验证。结果表明,所用包覆剂能对高氯酸铵包覆良好,并使高氯酸铵低温分解放热减少,含包覆AP推进剂烤燃响应时反应缓慢,使丁羟推进剂慢速烤燃响应程度温和。
In order to explore the ways to improve the slow cook-off response characteristics of HTPB propellant, the slow burning response mechanism of HTPB propellant was analyzed and summarized. The ammonium perchlorate(AP) was coated by solvent evaporation method and characterized by scanning electron microscopy, elemental analysis and TG-DSC thermal analysis. The coated AP was used in HTPB propellant, which is subject to slow cook-off test. The results show that the coating agent can form a good shell on AP, and the coating agent has reduced the heat of decomposition at low temperature stage. Using the coated AP can make the small-size slow cook-off test of the propellant have a mild response and have a certain improvement on its slow cook-off response characteristics.
