摘要
本文在剖析应用数学与信息科学关系的基础上,详细介绍了笔者面向信息工程专业本科生建设“矩阵分析及应用”课程的做法,阐述了“数学方法、物理概念、工程观点”三位一体的教学思想和“四个结合”的教学理念,并指出了在教学中应如何处理与先修课的关系、如何有效地对工程应用实例加以描述等两个实际问题,最后简要讨论了该课程在教学内容、教学方法、考核方式等方面需要进一步完善之处。
In this article, based on the investigation of the relationship between applied mathematics and information science, we introduce our practice of establishing a new course “Matrix Analysis with Its Applications” for undergraduates in information engineering. We present our idea of integrating mathematical methods, physical concepts, and engineering insights together, and our insights of “four combinations” as well. Besides that, we also point out two practical issues in the teaching procedure, i.e., how to cope with the preceding courses and how to efficiently describe the engineering examples. Finally, we indicate some further directions that need to be studied, regarding the teaching content, teaching method, as well as the evaluation method.
