针灸为主治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的临床及实验研究近况

Advances in clinical and experimental research of acupuncture-moxibustion therapy in treating infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome

综述近5年来针灸为主治疗多囊卵巢综合征致不孕症的临床试验和动物实验研究进展。发现针药联合疗法和针刺疗法较为常用,关元、中极、三阴交、足三里、子宫、肾俞等腧穴的使用频率较高。针灸疗法能够通过调节激素水平,刺激卵泡、子宫内膜的生长及卵泡的排出,从而提高妊娠率。同时,相关研究也存在取穴缺乏系统化、研究设计严谨性不足、动物实验机制研究不够深入等问题。如何筛选及优化针灸治疗方案,在遵循中医辨证论治个性治疗特色的同时做到系统化,以便于临床推广执行,仍然值得未来深入研究。

This paper summarizes the research progress of clinical trials and animal experiments on acupuncture-moxibustion therapy in treating infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in the past five years.It is found that the acupuncture-drug combination therapy and the acupuncture therapy are commonly used,and Guanyuan(BL26),Zhongji(CV3),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zusanli(ST36),uterus(EX-CA1),Shenshu(BL23)acupoints are used with high frequency.Acupuncture-moxibustion therapy can improve pregnancy rate by regulation on hormone levels and stimulation on follicle,endometrial growth and follicular discharge.Meanwhile,there are also some problems in the related researches,such as lack of systematization of acupoint selection,insufficiency of rigorous research design,and deficiency of in-depth mechanism study of animal experiments.How to screen and optimize the treatment plan of acupuncture and moxibustion is still worth further study in the future.The characteristics of individuality treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine should be followed,and meanwhile the systematization should be emphasized,so as to facilitate clinical promotion and implementation.
