融合与创新:“互联网+赛马产业”的内涵、动力及其生态趋势

Integration and Innovation: Connotation, Motivation and Ecological Trend of “Internet + Horse Racing Industry”

《中共中央国务院关于支持海南全面深化改革开放的指导意见》明确提出要鼓励发展赛马运动项目,这是中央政府首次从国家政策的高度正面回应赛马运动的当代社会发展价值,也被马业人士视为赛马产业回春的一种信号反馈。笔者在“互联网+”国家战略背景下,对“互联网+”和“互联网+赛马产业”作出内涵阐释,提出政策动力、资本动力、科技动力、文化动力、人才动力是影响“互联网+赛马产业”发展的五种力量。O2O商业模式的应用、互联网智能科技与赛马产业的融合以及平台生态圈的搭建将逐步加快我国传统赛马产业的革新。建议形成以互联网为基础设施和实现工具的赛马产业发展新形态,不断促进我国传统赛马产业转型升级。

The “Guiding Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Supporting Hainan s Comprehensive Deepening of Reform and Opening-up” clearly proposes to encourage the development of horse racing sports. This is the first time that the central government has responded positively to the contemporary social development value of the horse racing from the height of national policy. It is regarded as a kind of signal feedback for the reincarnation of the horse racing industry. In the context of the “Internet +” national strategy,this paper makes a connotation interpretation of “Internet +” and “Internet + horse racing industry”,and proposes that policy power,capital power,technological power,cultural power and talent power are the five powers of “Internet + horse racing industry”. The application of the O2O business model,the integration of Internet intelligence technology and horse racing industry,and the construction of the platform ecosystem will gradually accelerate the innovation of the traditional horse racing industry in China. It is suggested to form a new form of horse racing industry with Internet as the infrastructure and implement tools,and continuously promote the transformation and upgrading of China s traditional horse racing industry.
