山西省体育类非物质文化遗产保护实施现状评价

Evaluation on the Implementation Status of Protection of Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage in Shanxi Province

非遗传统体育文化项目的保护是国家文化保护战略的重要组成部分。保护成果及现状的及时考证,是实现可持续保护的关键。而实现这一目标的首要任务就是科学的诊断和评价。笔者于2018年对山西省11项非遗传统体育项目进行了实地调研。通过观察法、深度访谈法、特尔菲法和层次分析法等构建评价体系,类比保护缺失,发现问题症结,提出现状报告,为保护者和管理者提供诊治依据,同时,也为更广泛的保护性研究提供理论和方法论的支持。

The protection of intangible cultural heritage traditional sports culture projects is an important part of the national cultural protection strategy. The timely verification of the protection achievements and the status quo is the key to achieving sustainable protection. The first task to achieve this goal is scientific diagnosis and evaluation. Based on the field research of 11 intangible cultural heritage traditional sports in Shanxi province in 2018,this paper constructs the evaluation system through observation method,in-depth interview method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process,find the crux of the problem and propose the status quo report. The report provides a basis for protectors and administrators. It also provides theoretical and methodological support for a broader range of protection studies.
