体育锻炼对中国大学生睡眠质量及心境状态干预效果的Meta分析 被引量:7

Meta Analysis of the Intervention Effect of Physical Exercise on Sleep Quality and State of Mind of Chinese College Students

摘要 目的:探讨体育锻炼对中国大学生睡眠质量及心境状态的干预效果。方法:检索国内外权威期刊库中有关我国大学生睡眠质量及心境状态干预的相关研究,共纳入23篇临床试验中的27项研究,2073名大学生。参照Jadad方法评估纳入文献的质量,采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。Meta分析结果显示,14项研究实验组较对照组PSQI总分显著降低,其合并效应量WMD=-1.80,95%CI(-2.31,-1.28),Z=6.85(P<0.000 001),试验组与对照组比较存在显著差异。亚组分析中健身气功、有氧健身操、太极运动及有氧运动可降低睡眠障碍大学生PSQI总分;13项研究试验组较对照组TMD总分显著降低,其合并效应量WMD=-8.64,95%CI(-11.09,-6.27),Z=7.06(P<0.000 001),试验组与对照组比较存在显著差异,亚组分析中健身操、羽毛球及健身气功可降低大学生TMD总分,总体合并效应量均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健身气功、有氧健身操、太极运动及有氧运动可显著改善睡眠障碍大学生的睡眠质量;健身操、羽毛球及健身气功运动可显著降低大学生TMD总分,促进机体心境稳定状态。 Objective: To investigate the intervention effect of physical exercise on sleep quality and state of mind of Chinese college students. Methods: Relevant intervention studies on sleep quality and state of mind of college students in China were searched from authoritative journals at home and abroad. The quality of included literature was evaluated by referring to Jadad method. Meta analysis was conducted using Review Manager 5.3 software. A total of 23 clinical trials include 27 studies and 2,073 college students. Meta analysis results showed that the total PSQI score of 14 experimental groups was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the combined effect volume WMD=-1.80,95%CI(-2.31,-1.28),Z=6.85(P<0.000 001) was significantly different between the experimental groups and the control group. Subgroup analysis of qigong,aerobics,tai chi exercise and aerobic exercise can reduce the total PSQI score of SD college students;The total TMD score of 13 studies in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the combined effect volume WMD=-8.64,95%CI(-11.09,-6.27),Z=7.06(P<0.000 001) was significantly different from that of the control group. In the subgroup analysis,the TMD scores of college students could be reduced by areobics,badminton and qigong. The combined effect was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: qigong,aerobics,tai chi and aerobic exercise can significantly improve the sleep quality of college students with sleep disorders. Aerobics,badminton and qigong can significantly reduce the TMD score of college students and improve the state of mind stability.
