摘要
目的对成分相近的4种常见芸香科药材(陈皮、青皮、佛手、枳壳)进行快速鉴别研究,提升用药的安全性和市场的规范性。方法用介质阻挡放电离子化原位质谱技术和电喷雾离子化质谱技术来进行陈皮、青皮、佛手、枳壳中药的分析,并通过计算药材质谱数据向量之间的余弦相似度,评价质谱信号的差异性。结果与电喷雾离子化质谱的分析数据相比,采用介质阻挡放电离子化原位质谱法对陈皮、青皮、佛手、枳壳药材提取液分析的结果中,不同药材彼此之间的差异性更大,用于鉴别这4种药材时具有更高的专属性。结论介质阻挡放电离子化原位质谱法是一种极具潜力的成分相近中药材的分辨方法。
Objective To rapidly identify Ericarpium citri reticulatae, Pericarpium citri reticulatae viride, Citrus cirocarpus and Fructus aurantii, 4 common Chinese traditional medicines of Rutaceae with similar ingredients, and to improve the drug safety and market standardization of traditional Chinese medicine materials. Methods Ambient mass spectrometry based on dielectric barrier discharge ionization and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry were used to analyze Ericarpium citri reticulatae, Pericarpium citri reticulatae viride, Citrus cirocarpus and Fructus aurantii. The cosine similarities of spectral data of different medicinal materials were calculated to evaluate the difference in mass spectrometry signals. Results We compared the data of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry with those of the dielectric barrier discharge ionization mass spectrometry, and found that the extracts of Ericarpium citri reticulatae, Pericarpium citri reticulatae viride, Citrus cirocarpus and Fructus aurantii showed bigger difference by the latter method, with better specificity. Conclusion Dielectric barrier discharge ionization ambient mass spectrometry is a potential method for the differentiation of Chinese traditional medicinal crops with similar components.
